I don’t wanna feel Blue anymore...
Finally finished the game. First of all, it is too bad that I didn't play this before Memoria. The plot is all messed up in my head and it feels wrong. Plus Memoria did feel like an upgrade so yeah. It's also pretty good but somehow didn't leave that much impression on me. And though Memoria had an eerie feel to it, Chains Of Satinav was actually generally creepier, I think.
But there were some good things too. For one I really love the English voiceover. It's on a totally different level from all these generic Hidden Object games. I like many of the voices such as Nuri's, most of them are very pleasant and there's so much emotion in them. I'd dare say this is the most impressive voiceover out of all the games I played so far.
The character design is also very good. In this game I really liked Nuri. She's very unique, you know, both in appearance and in character. I quite like Geron too, maybe because I admire the unlikely heroes more that anyone. I think their awkward romance is very lovable. There are also some awesome side characters. I especially love the Eye creature. Its part in the story, its voice and its whole being make it absolutely unique and adorable.
Graphics:

Nice like Memoria but unlike the latter it didn't lag.
Gameplay:

It was considerably more boring than Memoria with just two spells.
Plot:

The plot was pretty good but quite grim for my liking. I guess knowing the final outcome didn't help either.
Difficulty:

It was quite weird. At first the game felt easy enough and I was glad that I made it to about 2/3 without a hint. But after that it suddenly became a lot harder and I had to resort to walkthrough several times. It really annoyed me and made thew game less enjoyable.
My general impression is in reality merely my final attitude. I quite enjoyed the first half or so but then somehow my interest began to decrease and I pretty much dragged it to an end. But I guess it's just my timing, the game is great.
Overall: 16/20
