I don’t wanna feel Blue anymore...

I decided to skip The Rooftop Prince but this one I gave a chance. And I'm glad I did. It was a pretty good watch. I soon realized that Dr. Jin is a remake of the Japanese drama called Jin. (Hello, Tora!) The Japanese one had 2 seasons of 11 episodes while Korean had 1 of 22 which amount to the same) But looking at the posters Korean version seems to be in the win. I quite like Song Seung Hun, he's really handsome and cool but basically I liked all the actors. Well, maybe except for Park Min Young, didn't like her since Sankyunkwan.
Other notes:
Jaejoong. The boy did well. It was a difficult role without a doubt and he was good. The most touching scene was the one with Young Hwi holding KyungTak's body in his arms. I even felt moved. I have a feeling someone's gonna win the best couple award this year)
I was quite taken aback at the way they showed all surgeries. I realize JinHyuk being a doctor is the main catch but they didn't really have to be this realistic. The only scene they actually blurred was the Caesarian section and I have a feeling even that was only because it was too difficult to recreate technically.
Despite being 22 episodes long and not even being comic this drama had surprisingly little sappy teary scenes. I can't say it was too long either and no pointless filler twists. It was interesting to watch beginning to end.
Another thing which is characteristic of all Korean historical dramas is that they are so pleasing to the eye. The clothes are very colourful and the buildings and interiors are so magnificent. Most actors are also good to watch. It's quite an eye-candy.
Good job, Doctor!
