Actually I was just going to watch Hongki's performance, but after I saw him being ranked 4th I just had to know who he lost to. I have to say I'm disappointed. Here I thought singers will finally be judged fairly, but they are judged by the audience and I can't even imagine what criteria they may have. I really think HongKi was great but I was even more impressed by G.O who I never saw before, but he was just brilliant, really. Why Junsu won is beyond me. Having said that, there's a different Junsu that really should be there.

But above all I feel so bad for Hongki. He looked so serious, haven't smiled once in all the time they showed him. I also noticed in all the recent lives he was so into the song it looked like he was in pain. I'm a bit worried. He's matured handsomely and he's become an even better singer and performer, but I really want to see him smile more.

As biased as I am against almost everyone he was really good. But it kind of makes me sad that whether idols have talent or not it won't matter most of the time because they sing crappy 8-bit songs.

Yeah, I think that was the reason. I do think he did well, but his voice isn't that great.

yeah, it's sad, and because they should dance this cool complicated dances during their singing, performance itself become even crappier. i think only junsu and jaejoong can do this without mistakes *biased*
and this girl hyorin, she sang rock ballad so emotionally, i was pretty impressed by her vocal skills, but her group (sistar) sing some kawai shit, my ears are bleeding(((
by the way, mblaq (go's group)'s album "the black style" was the way better than other boygroups' releases. one friend of mine, who's into jpop, even liked it.

by the way, mblaq (go's group)'s album "the black style" was the way better than other boygroups' releases.

I feel way too old for boy bands and after TVXQ no one stands even close. But I might check them out sometime)
