kirei na yoru dakara...
saigo no yoru dakara...
saigo no yoru dakara...
I can't believe the year is almost over. Tried to finish at least a couple of things. Even if it's something as silly as an old game. Spent several hours last night on it. But I remember buying it in my 1st or 2nd year at uni as a present for myself and being all excited about it. I tried to savour it but then somehow I lost interest. But it's a good feeling... picking up pieces from the past. And the 3,500 unsorted photos still remain...
But anyway... time to sum up.
It's been an eventful year now that I look at it.
Finishing the uni - putting an end to a 5-year period of my life. It's both fulfilling and a little sad. I enjoyed the student's life, but now it's time to move on.
Finally being accepted to the Japanese courses. It means a lot to me and I really try to try my best.
Complete redecoration of the flat, most importantly my room. After all these years it's finally taking my dream shape. Deep greyish blue, with dark gothic furniture and glass accessories.
Then there was this gig which seems more like a dream. Seeing Sugizo play guitar and violin and even seeing him up close... It was an amazing experience.
I should also note the short but wonderful trip to Moskow and attending the SlashCon 2008.
These are the key points. There were also other notable events. Such as acquiring a new computer, which actually brought as much frustration as it did joy. Or my friends changing apartments, which has little to do with me at first sight, but is actually a change in 2 out of 3 major routes I use. And just small things like finishing 7 videos, watching some good movies and reading countless good fics.
All in all in my it's been a great year. A little sad to part with it. But the time has come. To let go and take a step forth. Into the future.
