Jakarta picture count: 125.

I got the photos from that one girl. She has a lot more and the videos too but looks like that's all I'm gonna get. Why do people not know how to resize pictures and videos? Nothing especially interesting in there and most pictures are LQ but there's some good stuff in there.

I bet that Tian guy is very pleased with himself. Tora-shi, you better watch out! This guy is your potential rival. So maybe you should do a better job at dressing up, huh?

I've read a few more reports - they never seem to end - loled hard at the part where Nao and Shou freaked out when the girl hugged them. I'm starting to think Shou is not only interested in girls, but has an aversion to them.

But hey I'm really glad they're finally working on new songs. They better be good.

I got hooked on Hidden Object games but it's proven to be bothersome. At first finding a game to my liking wasn't a problem, but now it's pretty hard. There are tons of games, true, but all the really HQ ones are either really creepy or kind of creepy. So I've been playing the latter but it gets to me, you know.

Even more Jakarta

I Pictures.
It really seems like these pictures are the most life-like pictures of the band up to date. All that we have seen before was either very photoshopped or taken at lives or just average quality. These are really detailed, like you can see the skin texture and everything. It's like I saw their true faces for the first time. It's cute how Tora's the only one who has a visible moustache shade even though he clearly shaved that morning) Saga's face looks smooth as a baby's XDD But generally everyone's skin looks good.

That's what made my day.

Ok, my Jakarta experience is complete. I mean, I don't care what they do during the concerts, that's just fanservice, but what they do AFTER really matters.

Also all of this...

"Shou walked in front of us! We instantly shouted his name and he turned his head. Do you know what annoy me the most???? Shou greeted the most handsome boy in our group first!!!"

Then she wrote:

"I WISH I WAS IKEMEN Shou likes ikemen. I'm the witness..... =_______________='' he didn't react when he was surrounded by girls but he stared at my ikemen friend for a loooooooooooooooong time. oh Shou."

This one guy actually went to the meet and greet and Shou actually told him he's handsome. Other guys also swore he looked at them for quite awhile during the concert. I have mixed feeling about it because I don't want him to look at other guys. BUT it also makes my shipping him way more legit. Anyway, this just nicely backs up my belief that Shou is not straight. Btw, the girl also wrote that Hiroto and Saga seemed very much straight. She wasn't sure about Tora.

What more can I say? I want Alice Nine out of Japan as more as possible if this is what we get.

SuG Going on Hiatus

Visual Kei band SuG announced their hiatus for the end of 2012.

SuG just updated their blogs and website with a sad announcement. They will take a break from band activities after their live “This iz 0” on December 29th.

Vocalist Takeru pointed out that it feels like betraying the fans and also the band members if they continue like this. So they’ve made the decision to go on hiatus. Moreover, they will leave the famous Visual Kei label “PS Company”.

Takeru promised that they will be back and all the members hope that their fans can understand and accept their decision.


I never really liked the band but it still is kind of sad. I can sympathize with the fans. It must be devastating.

Well, at any rate that's the Aya I know and love. I was planning to get back to Weiss in Autumn but I don't think it's a good idea right now. Read a few fics yesterday, got myself nice little nightmare. But I can't give up on them.

Seriously though I think this is, like, the first fancam since LA 2007 and the first one taken off-stage. I'm not sure whether to feel disappointed or relieved that Shou decided to get his beauty sleep.
Also, someone please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks Tora looks totally ridiculous, especially with this cap sideways and that silly ponytail sticking out... And his moustache sure grows fast, cause he didn't have any a week ago. He must be very proud.

Attention please!

This is the first time I choose a drama not based on recommendation or because of favourite actors but simply by browsing.


I quite enjoyed it. It's a comedy so it inevitably has this anime-like exaggerated humour but not too much of it thankfully. I felt sympathetic towards the main heroine. It's kinda funny because in life I can't stand people like her. But more than that I really like watching dramas that have a certain specialization so that I can learn something new. And it's a good example of one. It's very motivational, you know. And it's very Japanese. It really has this "everyone doing their best at what they do and listen to senpai and be nice to kouhai" kind of sentiment to it. After seeing Misaki turn from a rogue to a highly traied service employee really made me think: "Yappari, inside even the most spoiled girls there's a true Japanese woman dwelling!"

For one I know I will never look at planes and especially cabin attendants the same again.

I'm quite a number, ain't I? How many times have I been upset and disappointed at the lack of response? I bitch and scowl about it all the time. And I can threaten to quit all I want and yet I'd never do that. Instead, I try even harder. I'm kinda scary even.

I was seriously contemplating not going to courses today but then the Japanese spirit won and I went. It was a bit hard and I feel really tired but it was pretty good. The teachers are the same as last year, but the book in different. It seems to be better. Hopefully. Also there are new people, 4 of them. Nobody really interesting and that smart guy annoys me but at least it's fresh faces. I have to say I was kinda upset to know that the group didn't get that much smaller and what's more is that M3 has 20 people somehow. Where did they come from? Also we now have 3 Marugoto groups as well as standard ones. Minna is now the Old School.
I guess I have to change my attitude. Like start seeing other students as partners rather than rivals.

Anyway, I worked really hard to get here so I'm really hoping this year will be good. よろしくお願いします!

I can't help it, really. I try to do damage control and get used to the thought that this won't last, but every time they make me fall head over heel in love with them, over and over again.

This whole story about Tora defending Shou and saying such a thing and Shou getting all flustered over it, it seems like something coming out of a fic almost.
