О лидерстве

Посмотрела NEC POWER COUNTDOWN JAPAN HOT 30 от Dec, 2008. Я надеялась на большее, но особенно теперь, когда я уже пересмотрела все видео, что только смогла найти, сетовать не приходится. Было, конечно, насколько интересных моментов, но что мне больше всего запомнилось, так это то как мою голову не покидала мысль: кто сказал Нао, что он лидер? Нет, я ничего против него не имею и он хороший барабанщик, но это ведь даже не смешно... Одного только возраста и группы крови тут не достаточно. Бывают лидеры приожденные которые стремятся руководить, но на самом деле их мало. В большинстве групп приходится кому-то на себя брать эту роль даже если никто не хочет. И вот тут тоже так случилось. Когда смотришь эту передачу сразу же становится видно кто действительно руководит. У меня это вызвало одновременно и восхищение по отношение к Торе и некое раздражение по отношению к Нао. Если уж ты лидер, то будь добр, как говорится... Есть определенная ответственность у каждого члена команды. Например, имхо лидер не должен все время молча сидеть на галерке. Бывают моменты когда нужно взять ситуацию в руки. Даже просто ответить на поставленный вопрос. Я, конечно, не знаю подноготной и все такое, но есть наглядные факты. На хочется даже отмечать тот факт, что уже даже Шо выпустил песню а у него помимо прямых обязанностей тоже дел хватает.

Помнится, в случае с ДБСК едва ли ни с первого видео было очевидно кто главный. Ну, и тут очевидно, в общем. Особенно ярких было 3 момента. Первый, когда был задан вопрос на который никто не мог или не хотел ответить. И кто же все-таки ответил окинув взглядом расстеряных согрупников? Вот-вот. Второй момент случился когда Сага начал что-то рассказавать про Хирото и Тора тормознул его типа: "ты уверен, что это можно раасказавать в эфире?" Я на самом деле не думаю, что Сага рассказал бы что-либо неуместное - он отдает себе отчет в своих словах куда лучше, чем он б хотел чтобы мы думали, но дело не в этом. Ну и третий - когда ведущий читал какой-то анонс и Тора мягко перебил его указав на ошибку в дате. Кто должен следить за подобными вещами?

У Торы руководить на самом деле получается очень хорошо. Плюс за последие 2 года он очень хорошо натренировался будучи ведушим двух передач на Nico Nico, ктороые, кстати, идут одна за другой. Думаю, остальные тоже прекрасно это видят. Меня забавит то как они все время подчеркнуто называют Нао лидером во время передач чтобы он ничего не заподозрил. Однако, надо сказать, что у меня сложилось впечатление, что Тора сам не хочет брать на себя эту роль. Вернее, он уже ее взял и ему в чем-то она нравится, но он не хочет этого признавать. Как в тот раз, когда он стал отрицать утверждение ведущего, что у него отцовский образ и сказал, что он лишь старший брат. Даже не знаю почему меня это так беспокоит.

Sometimes I think I'm being too nice. I like helping people, I do, but there are times I don't feel like it and get tired of constantly being relied on. It's not that people are being ungrateful either. They are and it makes it all the harder to decline. I know once you offer help peolpe will definitely continue to rely on you and take it for granted.

Maybe it's a weakness too since when I look at this grateful smile I get scared imagining seeing it fall abruptly. I suppose it takes a lot of courage to take unpopular decisions.

The reinstallment didn't fix anything, I'd even say it made things worse. I can't even access my files. But I'll deal with it later. For now maybe a couple of posts to make the night productive.

Just perfect. Now one of my hard drives seems to be failing. This really sucks. I shall try to reset Windows once more. If that won't help I'll need to seek out outside help. Truth be told though the most annoying part these days was that I couldn't play the game. Right now I need to concentrate on the test anyway. But enough of bitching. To make the post somewhat valid, here's a pretty gif.

Crap. The test is on Friday and I'm so lazy about it. My PC is totally fucked up again. I tried some stuff and it got better but ultimately the problem persists and it looks like I'll have to reset the OS once again. Also I have a hundred really random ideas in my head waiting to be made into really random posts. Seriously, there are, like, 10 of them not counting the old drafts of course. But I can't really deal with them right now. Just your average bithin'.

Even though Asian men tend to age gracefully in general I came to the conclusion there are still two main types: those who look their best at 20-25 like Hyde or Jaejoong and those who look their best at 25-30 which would be the case with Shou and Tora. Right now I'm grateful for the latter.

Shit, it's already past 8 PM. I've been working all day again. Maybe other people don't see it as work, but I do. It's my problem - I see nearly everything as work. But hey, I did get a lot of stuff done. They're tons of small things, but I'm very satisfied with myself. I really hope nothing else comes up today though.

I really don't know when I'll have the time to get to Sims. I'm kind of busy lately and it takes a lot of time especially since all the hassle with the new EP. While the Windows died on me I checked and was relieved to see most files were intact, but last night I was upset to find out all of the screens from my latest household are missing and I don't know where they are. But that's fine. What I'm really worried about is whether I'll be able to recover my last game or the models. At least one of these. Nao, for one got damaged, but it can be recovered as long as the save file is intact. I won't really know until I try to play it.

Apart from that while I was checking my backup I noticed my Drive G has just 4 GB! left. Surely I have some dead wood that can be dropped quickly and there's the Drive D, but really it's another problem to be dealt with.

I know I worry about things too much, but I can't help it, really.

I made a chart of all A9 Channel broadcasts. Don't ask me why. So anyway what I noticed is that the attendance had to have been planned very thoroughly. I mean since Sept. 2009 there have been 26 broadcasts. Out of them 6 had all 5 members present and at the remaining ones the rotation system was used. My calculations show that excluding that one episode from May 2010 when Saga barged in uninvited each member was supposed to be on the show 16 times. They hinted that next time all 5 will probably be present again so the balance will be kept. I bet the December show will be a lot of fun))

A Little Tribute: Ma Cherie

So maybe I'm greedy but I won't stop until I re-download all the old stuff in HQ.

Re-watched the MM's Voyage DVD. Why's it only half an hour long? But it's so nostalgic. Malice Mizer were the band that got me into J-Rock so you can say they changed my life. I still have this file on my PC Regret + Gackt & Kami Duet (Voyage). I remember with my 3KB/s dial-up it took me about a month to download. Or was it two? So it's really precious to me.

All in all I think Malice Mizer was one of the best Visual Kei bands music-vice, style-vice and pretty much everything else-vice.
Anyway, here's a little tribute. I was sure I've already done this before, but somehow I can't find it on my PC. So I re-did it. Ma Cherie is one of my favourite songs. It's also the only song sung by all three vocalists of Malice Mizer. It just had to be done.
